Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by JXOM LLC. Castillo Surfaces is a division of JXOM LLC. Quotes, invoices, purchase orders and contracts are issued by JXOM LLC.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse the catalogue, save surfaces and send us a request without creating an account. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or copy the catalogue wholesale for another commercial service.
Product information
Surfaces are natural-effect materials manufactured in batches. Photography, colour and veining shown on this site are representative — the actual material will vary, which is the point of the material. Where the exact appearance matters, ask for a sample or for photographs of the specific slabs before ordering.
Specifications shown, including thickness, finish and slab size, come from the manufacturer technical documentation. We confirm them against your application before quoting. Where a specification is not stated on a product page, it is shown as On request rather than assumed.
Availability and pricing
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price. We do not publish prices, and availability shown is indicative until confirmed. Both are confirmed for your project when we quote, and a quote is binding on its own terms for the period it states.
Orders
An order comes into existence when you accept a quote in writing. The terms of that order — price, payment schedule, lead time, delivery, and what happens if something arrives damaged — are set out on the quote and the documents referenced by it. Those terms govern the sale; this page does not.
Third-party brands
Manufacturer names, product names and imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the materials we supply. Castillo Surfaces is an independent wholesaler and does not act as agent for any manufacturer.
